07. Test Bite


By now you should be finishing Task 1 & Task 2 in your school…


Now let’s try to do the following "Test Bite"...
 





Circumference of a circle...

In the calculations below, use \pi = 3.14 .
Work out the circumference of this circle. Give the answer to 1 decimal place.
A circle with a 10 centimetre diameter.

A running track is marked as shown. The straight part of the track is 100m long and the width across the track is 62m. The ends of the track are semicircular.

Calculate the perimeter of the inside of the track. Give the answer to 2 d.p.
